Fitness Model Vlatka Dragic

Vlatka Dragic has achieved success on the fitness modelling stage since moving to Australia at the age of 16. She was awarded WBFF Pro status in 2014 as a result of her hard work and determination.

However, not everything was sunshine and rainbows. Vlatka spent her entire childhood in Croatia before moving to Australia in 2001 with no knowledge of the English language. This proved to be a significant stumbling block in her life, forcing her to push herself outside of her comfort zone in order to adapt to her new way of life.

                                               

During this time, Vlatka learned to be self-motivated, determined, and dedicated to succeeding in all aspects of her life. She eventually took a huge risk and quit her job as an account manager.

Her job search was initially unsuccessful, leaving her unemployed for several months. Until one day, everything changed. She discovered a passion for fitness modelling and has never looked back since.

Vlatka Dragic was born in Zagreb, Croatia in 1985 and spent her childhood and adolescence there. She was inspired by her mother to live an active lifestyle throughout her childhood, hiking, skiing, and swimming since she was a young girl.

Vlatka developed a strong interest in gymnastics during her high school years.

Participating in this sport allowed her to learn about stage presence at a young age, which she later used to find success on the fitness modelling stage.

Vlatka decided to move to Melbourne, Australia, when she was 16 years old. She, on the other hand, had no prior knowledge of the English language. As a result, she struggled to adjust to her new surroundings at first.

Vlatka was able to rediscover her love of fitness after settling into her new surroundings. Gymnastics taught her many lessons about discipline, consistency, and believing in herself. As a result, Vlatka was eager to regain her fitness levels in order to achieve a great physique.

Vlatka was inspired by cover models on fitness magazines at this point. As a result, she was determined to achieve the physiques of her idols. Vlatka then began to work hard in the gym to constantly improve her body.

Vlatka put in a lot of effort in her training, but she didn't make much progress at first because she didn't pay attention to her diet. Vlatka began focusing on eating healthier foods at this point, and the results soon began to show.

Vlatka worked as an account manager for various supermarkets across Australia in addition to her training. However, she became disillusioned with her job due to the long hours she had to work. As a result, she sought a new challenge. At this point, she took a huge risk by quitting her job, which proved to be a costly decision at first.

                                                 

Vlatka struggled to find alternative employment for several months after quitting her job. This made her wonder if she had made the right decision. As a result, she was unsure where to go next.

Vlatka, on the other hand, did not abandon her passion for fitness during this time. She worked hard in the gym and gained a great physique as a result. Vlatka set her sights on reaching the fitness modelling stage at this point.

Vlatka remained committed to her training and nutrition as she prepared for her first competition appearance. When she competed in the NABBA QLD Sportsmodel Championship in 2011, she came in first place, demonstrating her abilities on the fitness modelling stage.

Vlatka remained determined to move on from her days of unemployment. Her motivation was higher than ever after winning her first competition. Vlatka took advantage of this to keep going.

In 2014, Vlatka competed in the WBFF Las Vegas competition, hoping to earn her WBFF Pro Card. She had worked hard to get to this point and was determined to succeed. Her hard work paid off as she stormed to a first-place finish to earn WBFF Pro status, which she considers to be the pinnacle of her fitness career.

Vlatka has since proven to herself and others that she is capable of great things in her fitness journey.

As a result of her success, she rose to prominence on social media, inspiring many people all over the world with her incredible physique.

Vlatka began to focus on her personal training business after earning her Pro Card. She then helped others achieve all of their fitness goals, just like she had.

Vlatka works out in the gym on a regular basis, often training six days a week to meet her fitness goals. Her favourite body parts are her legs and glutes. As a result, Vlatka prioritises training these specific muscle groups.

In terms of cardio, Vlatka walks for an hour on the beach every day before eating any meals. She is able to keep her slim figure this way.

Deep squats, deadlifts, and the leg press are also among her favourite exercises. She does these exercises on a regular basis, gradually increasing the weight she lifts as often as she can.

Vlatka also trains each body part at least twice a week to ensure maximum muscle growth.

Vlatka's goal is to remain as trim as possible all year. She bases her diet on lean protein, complex carbohydrates, vegetables, and healthy fats to accomplish this. She does, however, indulge in a cheat meal on weekends as a reward for her gym progress.

She maintains consistency by prepping her meals ahead of time and adhering to a strict diet in the run-up to a competition. Vlatka also measures her foods and tracks her calories on a daily basis in order to meet her macronutrient goals.

Vlatka Dragic went from not knowing a word of English to becoming a professional fitness model. She took a huge risk by quitting her job, but her perseverance paid off when she became a fitness modelling success.

What we can learn from Vlatka Dragic is that her willingness to take risks allowed her to achieve everything she desired. As a result, she was able to turn her fitness passion into something much more.
