Fitness Model Mariah Stock

 Mariah Stock is a fitness model from Australia who has been lifting weights since 2011. During this time, she has used training and dieting principles to transform not only her body, but also her career. As a bikini competitor, she has won two gold medals and placed in more than eight contests.

Mariah is known as the "Pull-up Queen" because of her exceptional strength in this exercise. She continues to make waves on and off the bodybuilding stage.

Mariah works out 5-6 times per week. She intends to work on two or three body parts per session. Legs and abs, for example, or chest, arms, and shoulders.

Mariah frequently changes her workouts, causing her body to never adapt. She will occasionally change her training on a weekly basis. However, she generally keeps her training volume high, with 12 or more reps per set. This increases blood flow to her muscles, enhancing the 'pump' and nutrient delivery.

                                               

The treadmill is Mariah's go-to cardio exercise. She enjoys how it targets her entire lower body, including her glutes. When she has the opportunity, Mariah enjoys running outside in the fresh air.

And, while she understands the value of cardio, Mariah doesn't do it very often.

Mariah's diet consists of slow-acting carbohydrates, healthy fats, and animal proteins. Here are some of her favourite foods:

Carbohydrates include yams, oats, wild rice, fruits, and vegetables.

Protein sources include chicken breast, ground beef, egg whites, and cottage cheese.

Avocados, nuts and seeds, and olive oil are high in fat.

                                               

Mariah's supplement stack is constantly changing based on her goals. If she's training for a competition, she'll take a multivitamin and mineral supplement, as well as fish oil, to fill any nutritional gaps. But if she doesn't compete, Mariah will have to rely on whole foods most of the time.
