Fitness Model Julia Gilas

Julia Gilas, born in Ukraine in 1985, is a social media and fitness model whose incredible figure is admired around the world.

She relocated to the United States in 2009, at the age of 24, to pursue a career as a fitness model. She has since obtained US citizenship and settled in the Land of Opportunity.

Julia has grown her presence on Instagram to become one of the industry's leading female figures, inspiring millions of followers to live a healthy lifestyle.

                                                   

Julia dreamed of leaving her home country of Ukraine when she was a child. Julia stated that there were times when the cold was unbearable, and there was a lack of internet and common services in the country, which only served to motivate her to pursue her dreams of success.

Julia wanted to travel and become a model in order to see the world and make a better life for herself.

The desire to leave her city in Ukraine grew stronger as she dreamed more.

As she grew older, she was fortunate enough to become a model and begin travelling. Her modelling work in Europe allowed her to travel and see more of the world. She believes that education can take many forms other than school and books, and that her education came from travelling the world and learning from the people she met along the way."

Julia's health suffered as she travelled the world. The busier she became, the less time she had to eat healthy and exercise to stay strong and active.

This is when Julia decided to take matters into her own hands - she said enough was enough, and her fitness journey began.

 She'd see them eat junk food and drink multiple energy drinks throughout the day to stay awake, and this would continue day after day.

Julian thought it would be a good idea to get into fitness as a way to broaden her horizons after having a successful start to her modelling career.

Julia wanted to live a healthy lifestyle because she knew it would lead to better things.

Julia now lives the life of her dreams, travelling the world and working as a brand sponsor, thanks to a lot of trial and error and a few lucky breaks. At the same time, she maintains a balanced and healthy lifestyle both inside and outside of the gym.

                                                   

Her days are now filled with healthy living, and her typical day begins around 6 a.m. She enjoys quiet time to herself when she is not at photo shoots, taking pictures, working out, or doing any of the other typical daily activities that come up in life. She is kept company by a pet squirrel, a dog, and a cat.

Her philosophy on life is straightforward: take responsibility for yourself and your actions, and don't expect anything in return. 'Do' because you want to, not because you expect something in return, but because you understand that the more you give, the more you will receive in the long run.

Julia works out five days a week, resting on Fridays and Sundays. She does cardio after every gym session to stay in shape and condition.

Although she can lift heavy, the fitness model prefers volume over strength training, usually completing 10 reps per set.

Julia follows a strict diet and eats only clean foods. She strives to meet specific macros on a daily basis in order to keep her figure lean and toned. The majority of her meals are made with clean foods like lean meats, complex carbs, and healthy fats like avocados.

Julia Gilas has demonstrated to us that you can completely transform your life with perseverance, hard work, and the right attitude.

She previously resided in the Ukraine, a country with poor services, no internet, and bitterly cold winters. But one thing stuck out in Julia's mind: if she ever wanted to travel the world and become famous, "hard work" was the only solution.

Julia's mission was successful. She rose to fame as a fitness icon and served as an inspiration to people everywhere. If there is one lesson to be learned from Julia's story, it would be to never give up because you never know where your goals might lead you.
