Celie's plans were gradually coming to fruition over the months. She looked better than she had in a long time, and as a result, her self-esteem increased.

Celie's physique and self-esteem improved over time, until she was a completely different person. Celie's old self had vanished by the time she was 19. She felt and looked better than she had in a long time.

Celie's transformation inspired her to want to help others who were dealing with similar issues as she had.

                                                   

To accomplish this, she created social media accounts on which she shared motivational advice and quotes about fitness and life.

While she didn't reach many people at first, this number gradually increased as the months passed. She eventually gathered a small community of fans who heeded her advice.

Celie rose to prominence as an internet and fitness influencer by 2018. Her daily inspiration continues to grow, as does her success and recognition in the fitness industry.

Celie works out six to seven times per week, depending on her schedule. She enjoys training a lot, so if she can squeeze in a workout even on her rest day, she will.

Celie's workout regimen consists of a three-day split programme. This means she works out all of her muscles in three days and then repeats the process.

                                                       

Sumo squats, Bulgarian split squats, hip thrusts, and walking lunges are Celie's favourite exercises. Celie's muscle tone has improved significantly since incorporating these exercises into her routine.

Celie, on the other hand, will not always perform the same exercises. Instead, she prefers to mix things up. She will occasionally substitute cables, machines, or other isolation movements that target a specific area of her body for these exercises.

Celie doesn't monitor her calories or macros. She would want to listen to her body and eat in accordance with what it is telling her.

She said, "Eat as much as you feel like you need." Enjoy what you're consuming. I just eat what I believe is best for me without following any regulations. I eat well, but if my body is asking for cake or ice cream, I'll give in.

Celie's dedication allowed her to not only become a healthier, happier, and more confident person, but also to pursue a career in fitness.
