Celia Gabbiani is a top fitness model and professional CrossFit athlete from Marmande, France. Celia's journey began when she was 10 years old, when she began swimming competitively, and from there she developed a desire to compete in a variety of sports.
Celia was introduced to CrossFit by her driving instructor in 2012. She became interested in the sport quickly and began competing at the age of 21. Celia quickly made a name for herself, winning her first few competitions and sharing her success on the internet.
Celia Gabbiani, born in 1990 in Marmande, France, was introduced to sports by her older sister when she was six years old. Cecilia says she doesn't remember how it all started, but she noticed a desire to compete early in her childhood.
Celia began swimming with her sister when she was 10 years old and began competing when she was 13 years old. Her sister eventually retired, but Celia continued to swim professionally for several years longer.
Celia moved to Toulouse at the age of 19 to pursue her lifeguard diploma. During that time, she stopped competing in swimming competitions and began looking for work.
She lived in Toulouse for three years, gaining experience in various fields and meeting new people. Celia was a professional swimmer as well as a make-up artist at the time.
Celia was in Toulouse applying for her driver's licence test. She discovered CrossFit through her instructor, Erick Monoyer, the son of CrossFit trainer Patrick Monoyer, who told her she had the potential to excel at the sport.
He began training at CrossFit Chin Menton with Patrick, who began tailoring specialised programmes for Celia. She stated that, thanks to her coach, she was able to make rapid progress in all CrossFit exercises and was soon ready to compete.
Celia "forgot about swimming" by the time she was 23, focusing instead on making CrossFit her top priority.
Celia described how she felt like she was in a "small family" when she trained CrossFit with her trainer and friends, and how she eventually fell in love with competing and training.

Three months later, in Spring 2013, Celia competed for the first time, and she realised she had a problem with heavy weights. She wasn't used to weightlifting, and as a result, she only qualified for the Throwdowns Europe.
She then joined a gym and began lifting heavier weights in order to strengthen her weak points and eventually win a strength competition.
All of her strength training, according to Celia, changed her body shape, and her parents and friends "weren't very supportive" of her transformation.
Celia described that time in her life as difficult, saying she considered quitting the sport entirely because her friends and family were telling her she was becoming "too muscular."
Celia continued to compete and achieved respectable results. She also began sharing her journey with her online followers.
Fitness Tips By Celia Gabbiani:
Celia prefers to do cardio by running outside or swimming. It's something she enjoys doing for fun, and it's also good for her health, she claims.
She does cardio 3-6 times per week, depending on her fitness and how she feels at the time.
Despite her impressive strength feats in the gym, Celia says she prefers bodyweight exercises to lifting weights.
Push-ups, pull-ups, box jumps, handstand push-ups, and almost any other bodyweight exercise are among her favourites.
Celia has built a strong and muscular back over the years, which she attributes to two exercises: deadlifts and pull-ups.
Diet And Nutrition By Celia Gabbiani:
Celia does not follow a specific diet. She does cardio up to six times per week and heavy training, which allows her to have a varied diet with a lot of calorie flexibility.
Celia enjoys eating healthy foods despite not paying close attention to her calorie intake and believes that micronutrients are more important than macronutrients. Celia typically consumes vegetables, fish, almonds, and fruit.
She also allows herself to eat less healthy foods on occasion to satisfy cravings. Chocolate muffins, cookies, brownies, and milkshakes are examples of these foods.
