Bella Falconi is a fitness model, Instagram celebrity, and life coach from Brazil. Bella spent most of her youth out of shape and eating poorly, but she has transformed her body since she began working out at the age of 25.

Bella first noticed her health was "deteriorating" in 2012. "It was because of the amount of junk food I used to eat and living a sedentary lifestyle," Bella explained.

During this time, Bella stated, "I read many science-based books and educated myself on the fundamentals of nutrition and physical activity." I worked extremely hard to obtain my personal trainer certification and a degree in Nutrition Science."
After a lot of hard work, which Bella describes as "a really long road," she finally reached her "peak" and competed in two major fitness competitions.
Bella surprised herself by winning first place in both of these early competitions. Bella has made it her mission to spread the word of fitness around the world through social media since her quick victory in her fitness career - Bella has succeeded in her mission, becoming an internet sensation in the process.
Despite the fact that Bella has since raised a family, and that giving birth to her daughter put a significant strain on her body, she has managed to "bounce back." Bella has remained committed to living a healthy lifestyle while also assisting others.

When it comes to gym workouts, Bella's favourite lifts are squats, cable hip extensions, and dumbbell lunges. Bella plans to work out at the gym up to five times per week, with the weekends free to relax, recover, and socialise with friends.
Bella runs on the treadmill or cycles on the cycling machines twice a week for cardio, but she relies on her strict diet to keep her body fat percentage low.Bella bases her workouts on "slow moves, fewer reps, and more weight." She believes that dividing her week into four days of weight lifting and three days of rest is the most effective approach for her.
Bella works on her abdominal definition three times a week with a 30-minute plank and crunch workout. She increases the intensity of these workouts before competing, usually including four additional High Intensity Interval Training sessions per week.

Bella recommends that anyone who wants to benefit from working out "eat clean, train consistently, drink water, be positive, and above all, believe in their potential." She follows her own advice by eating healthy, nutritious, and organic foods.
Bella adheres to a strict diet all year, with the goal of gaining muscle while adding minimal body fat. She bases her meals on lean proteins, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats.
Bella differs from other athletes in that she only cooks her food in water and avoids frying any of her meals in oil, as well as limiting her sugar intake.
