FITNESS MODEL JOSIE HAMMING

Josie Hamming is famous all over the globe for her voluptuous and attractive body.

Josie decided to join a gym one day in an attempt to improve her position. 

She rapidly saw improvements in the gym and was inspired to share them with others via social media.

She's gone a long way since then, becoming an internet fitness trainer and influencer.

Josie's objective when it comes to strength training is to "go heavy and slow." She does 3-5 sets of each exercise. Her rep range each set is between 8 and 10 repetitions.

Josie will usually have completed 30 or more sets by the end of the session.

Josie enjoys a good glute workout and will usually do the following with a barbell:

Squats in a Narrow Stance: 3 sets of 15 reps

3 sets of 15 repetitions of wide stance squats

3 sets of 15 repetitions of narrow squat pulses

3 sets of 15 repetitions of sumo squats

Swimming is one of Josie's favourite pastimes. 

This is an action that strengthens her heart and enhances her lung capacity. 

It also tones Josie's entire body, making it her favourite kind of cardio.

"I enjoy swimming," Josie says of her swimming regimen. It assists me in breathing. It's also beneficial to my arms. I swim for an hour four times a week. 

Swimming is a fantastic cardiovascular workout!"

Josie eats a well-balanced diet that includes complex carbs, lean proteins, and heart-healthy fats.

When it comes to carbohydrates, Josie schedules them around her exercises.

That is, she will consume the majority of her daily carbohydrates prior to and following her workouts.

 This provides her muscles with the energy they require for hard exercise sessions.

                                               

Josie strives to receive all of her macronutrients from whole food sources. 

She'll avoid drinking too many protein drinks and instead focus on eating egg whites, chicken breasts, kidney beans, and other comparable items to receive the majority of her daily protein. Josie isn't frightened of a 'cheat meal,' and she'll cheerfully eat pizza, burgers with fries, or chips and salsa. 

She does, however, consume a nutritious diet consisting primarily of grains, beans, and red meats.
